The process of validating the signatures for the vote of no confidence brought against Barcelona president Josep Maria Bartomeu is ongoing, with the motion requiring a further 5,018 signatures to be validated in order to bring about a vote.

Saturday closed with 11,503 signatures validated up to this point, with 554 having been considered illegitimate, whilst there are 7,823 signatures left to be assessed.

Sunday will not see any further action on this project, with Monday set to be the date where assessment is resumed, although the process only has 10 business days from last Tuesday to be completed.
