NBA Wizards lost both games
By scoring 60 points in his 38 minutes against the Philadelphia 76ers, Bradley Beal continued his hot streak. However, the Washington Wizards once again fell to defeat, this time by 141-136.
This came just after he netted 41 points in 38 minutes against the Boston Celtics, also in a defeat. On that occasion, it was 116-107.
Despite his individual success, Beal was annoyed by the two losses.
“I’m p**sed off,” he said after the game.
“I don’t count [the big performances]. Any of my career highs have been in losses so I don’t give a damn. You can throw it right out the window with the other two or three I’ve had. I just want to win.”

Beal‘s 60-point haul tied the Wizards‘ franchise record, which was set by Gilbert Arenas back in 2006.
The Wizards have fallen to a 2-7 record and aren’t enjoying the kind of scoring that off-season arrived Russel Westbrook promised. Back from an injury, he only came up with 12 points in the Friday night defeat and missed 12 of his 16 shots from the field.
