The investigation into Diego Maradona‘s death in November is continuing.

In order to get a deeper understanding of the circumstances that surrounded the Argentine’s passing, phone calls and text messages sent by those caring for him are being looked into.

Leopoldo Luque was responsible for the ex-No.10, as was psychiatrist Agustina Cosachov and psychologist Carlos Diaz.

Four messages sent between the three professionals after October 13 onwards have been revealed.

“Alcoholic dementia, what’s seen in Diego is Parkinson’s,” said one.

“His birthday is coming, it’s necessary to reduce his medication so that he can be presentable,” read another.

“Either we lose our registration or we’ll be demigods,” was another.

“He doesn’t stop sleeping, he has a worrying snore and there’s a strange breathing noise,” is the other message that has been revealed.

The aim during the course of the week to determine whether or not there was gross negligence during Maradona’s treatment.
