According to a recent report from Daily Mirror, Udinese have conceded that Rodrigo De Paul is likely to leave the club during the summer transfer window.
The attacking midfield star was heavily linked with a switch to Liverpool during the January transfer window but for whatever reason, it didn’t quite come to fruition.
The 26-year-old’s future is still unknown and there’s no guarantee whatsoever that Anfield will be his final destination, but there’s definitely a growing feeling that Udinese isn’t going to be his permanent base moving forward.
The Reds are almost certainly going to have plenty of incoming and outgoing transfers by the time the summer rolls around which is bound to cause some excitement – and nerves – for the club as a whole, and their fanbase.
De Paul has pressure on his shoulders wherever he goes but based on his style of play, we don’t think that’ll bother him too much.
