NBA Received a player’s vote
Golden State Warriors player Klay Thompson has been ruled out for the rest of the season due to an ACL injury, but he somehow managed to get one vote to participate in the upcoming 2021 NBA All-Star match.
Votes have been already tallied and one player reportedly voted for Thompson to start the All-Star Game, despite being ruled out for the remainder of the 2020/21 campaign.
It is unknown who has chosen the 31-year-old shooting guard, but the fact is that players can vote themselves to start the duel.
Thompson is the person whose antics have surprised many in the past and it should not be discarded that he voted himself this time.
Curiously, Giannis Antetokounmpo‘s brother, Kostas, was the third most voted Los Angeles Lakers player to start in the All-Star game after stars LeBron James and Anthony Davis.
