Fabrizio Romano has claimed on Twitter that Manchester City will sign Kayky from Fluminense. The well-known and well-respected journalist, who works for The Guardian and SkySport among others, has claimed that the 17-year-old will sign a five-year contract with the former Premier League champions.
Romano has claimed that City are still sorting out the final details of the transfer deal with Fluminense, adding that the youngster will also have to get a work permit to move to the UK. The Citizens are reported to be convinced that the attacker is one of the best young talents in South America.

Kayky is a winger and can play on right flank. The youngster cuts in on the left foot and is very good to watch. One suspects that the 17-year-old will initially move to the City academy and then progress before breaking into Pep Guardiola’s first team.
