Massimiliano Allegri’s side will continue to monitor the fitness of Giorgio Chiellini after the defender sustained a calf injury in the 2-0 win over Verona.

Long-term absentee Federico Chiesa will miss out, while Federico Bernardeschi is still a few weeks away from a return. Danilo is also suspended.

Torino boss Ivan Juric is juggling a host of injury absences, with Belgium international Dennis Praet currently sidelined with a foot injury.

Simone Edera has also been ruled out for the remainder of the season with a cruciate ligament injury, while Mohamed Fares is not expected to be fit until the middle of next month.

The Old Lady hold a vice-like grip on this fixture, with Torino failing to win in their last 15 attempts against Juventus.

To put into perspective the length of time that has passed since Torino’s last derby victory, it was Andrea Pirlo who opened the scoring for the Old Lady that evening.

Juventus were indebted to a late Manuel Locatelli winner in the season’s previous Derby della Mole back in October, although Allegri’s men are much improved outfit since that victory.

Danilo’s stoppage time leveller in Bergamo last weekend could prove pivotal for Juventus in the context of the season, and Allegri’s men are likely to take huge confidence from extending their unbeaten run.

As previously noted, Torino have a dismal record against their Turin rivals and the gulf in quality between the pair has shown no signs of abating.

Expect Dusan Vlahovic to be among the goals for Juve, although the Serbian was on the receiving end of a 4-0 drubbing against Torino with Fiorentina just last month.

Prediction: Juventus 2-0 Torino
