Carlos Vinicius scored a first half hat-trick and Alfie Devine became Tottenham youngest ever goalscorer as Spurs avoided an FA Cup upset by strolling to a 5-0 win over Marine.
The hosts defended well during the opening 20 minutes and even went close to opening the scoring when Neil Kengni fired off a 30 yard strike which rattled the crossbar.
Soon after, the Tottenham onslaught began in earnest, as Carlos Vinicius scored two tap-ins in six minutes. Lucas Moura then curled in a free kick in the 32nd minute, Vinicius completed his hat-trick with a clever side footed lob and Alfie Devine, just 16 years old, completed the rout with a fine second half strike.

Here are your Spurs player ratings from the Marine Travel Arena.
Joe Hart (GK) – 5/10 – Almost made a costly error in the first half as Kengni’s crossbar strike almost caught him out.
Matt Doherty (RB) – 7/10 – Did nothing wrong and drove forward well into plenty of space.
Toby Alderweireld (CB) – 7/10 – Hardly anything to do. Perhaps his easiest game as a professional.
Joe Rodon (CB) – 8/10 – Made one good block in the first half to stop left-back James Joyce scoring. What a party pooper. Also recovered well after Niall Cummins ripped his shirt early on.
Ben Davies (LB) – 6/10 – Defended stoically but did not offer very much in the attacking third.
Harvey White (CM) – 6/10 – A couple of wasteful moments, particularly with his two free kicks.
Moussa Sissoko (CM) – 7/10 – Had fun with four dribbles in the first half before being replaced.
Dele Alli (AM) – 8/10 – Superb pass for the first goal and generally ran the game throughout. Also fell over in front of the Tottenham bench – much to Son Heung-min’s amusement.
Gedson Fernandes (RW) – 5/10 – Managed to neither score, nor assist against a team in the eighth tier.
Carlos Vinicius (ST) – 8/10 – Very amusing opening two goals. His third was beautiful.
Lucas Moura (LW) – 8/10 – His free kick was one of the highlights of the match. Pure quality.
Alfie Devine – 8/10 – A dream debut for the 16-year-old as he became Spurs’ youngest scorer.
Japhet Tanganga – 6/10 – Hardly anything to do after he came on at half time.
Gareth Bale – 6/10 – Would have been nice for him to score or assist to gain some confidence.
Jack Clarke – 6/10 – Like Bale, a confidence boost would have been nice. Not to be.
Sergio Reguilon – 6/10 – Not entirely sure why Spurs’ first choice left back really needed to come on?
