According to a recent report from Daily Mirror, Arsenal are ready to hand Emile Smith Rowe a new contract with the club.
The belief is that it will secure his long-term future at the Emirates, and with the Gunners often relying on Smith Rowe in their last few games, it makes sense for them to think of the future.
Despite only being 20 years old, Smith Rowe has already been able to become one of the most integral pieces of the puzzle within Mikel Arteta’s first team. Whether or not that lasts remains to be seen, but for the time being, his value can’t be understated.
Arsenal need to go on quite the run of form if they’re serious about making a push to finish in the top four, and Smith Rowe could very well be at the heart of that if he continues to get a solid run in the first team.
