Rugby Player to face tough sanction

A rugby player in France will be regretting one of the most bizarre celebrations witnessed in sport after he lifted the referee in the air.
Josaia Raisuqe, a Rugby Seven’s international with Fiji, was celebrating Nevers‘ 30-25 win over Beziers in the Pro D2, France’s second division.
When the referee blew the final whistle, Raisuqe hoisted him into the air for a few seconds.
The referee did not see the funny side and swiftly showed the 26-year-old a red card.
UN ÉNORME WTF
Mais que sest-il passé dans la tête de Josaia Raisuqe ?

Raisuqe‘s coach, Xavier Pemeja, was similarly unimpressed and promised consequences for his actions.
“It’s unacceptable, he will be punished by the disciplinary committee,” said Pemeja.
“I’ll make sure of it, I can’t accept this. What happened at the end [of the match] will have severe consequences.”
