TV A second spin-off from HBO
The Game of Thrones spectrum is about to widen further, with the creation of a new spin-off series based on novels written by George R.R. Martin.
HBO already have the spin-off series ‘House of the Dragon’ in the works, with release set for some time in 2022.
This series will be set 300 years before the Game of Thrones timeline and will include the famous civil war in the Targaryen house.
Now, according to Variety, the American broadcast giant is planning a new series based on the ‘Tales of Dunk and Egg‘ trilogy written by Martin.
The books revolve around the adventures of Ser Duncan the Tall and Egg, a young Aegon Targaryen, around 90 years before the Game of Thrones series.
