There is no doubt that Rafael Nadal is the greatest clay court player in tennis history and his 13 French Open wins at Roland-Garros prove that.

That’s why Greek tennis player Stefanos Tsitsipas joked about banning Nadal from the tournament.

As the world number six took part in a Twitter Q&A, he was asked what one thing he’d like to ban forever.

“Rafa playing at the French,” he jokingly replied.

Having won 100 matches at the French grand slam, compared to two defeats and one injury retirement, Nadal is so dominant at that tournament.

Tsitsipas has beaten Nadal on clay once, but that was at the Madrid Open and not the French Open.

Only Robin Soderling and Novak Djokovic have ever conquered the Spaniard at Roland-Garros.
