Wolves host Southampton on Saturday afternoon, hoping to continue what has been a good run of form in recent weeks.
Their 3-0 victory over Sheffield United last time out not only secured a place in the fourth round of the FA Cup, but was also a third win in four – in which time they’ve beaten Manchester United at Old Trafford and held Chelsea to a 0-0 draw.

Looking to maintain that form this weekend, Wolves face a Southampton side also heading in the right direction after having won three in their previous four as well. Here’s how Bruno Lage could line his side up.
Jose Sa (GK) – Turning out to be one of the signings of the season and now looking for a ninth Premier League clean sheet.
Max Kilman (CB) – In a side shining for their defensive solidity, Kilman is absolutely glittering.
Conor Coady (CB) – Will once more be at the heart of the back line, skippering the side with his fantastic charisma.
Leander Dendoncker (CB) – Romain Saiss is away at the African Cup of Nations with Morocco, so Dendoncker could be given an opportunity to impress in what has been a cemented back three this campaign.
Nelson Semedo (RWB) – Following his strike against Sheffield United last time out, the wing-back should be set for an 18th Premier League start of the campaign.
Ruben Neves (CM) – In good form at the moment; it’s no wonder that the 24-year-old has a few high-profile admirers.
Joao Moutinho (CM) – Simply a joy to watch, it will honestly be a shame when this sensational midfield maestro hangs up his boots.
Marcal (LWB) – Rayan Ait-Nouri played well last time out although Marcal could be set for a return to the side, having started each of Wolves’ last three league fixtures.
Francisco Trincao (RW) – With Adama Traore’s future cast in such doubt, Trincao will likely be awarded another start for the visit of Southampton.
Raul Jimenez (ST) – Grabbed the winner in the reverse fixture and will be hoping for something similar this time around, having not scored since 20 November.
Daniel Podence (LW) – Showed what a mercurial talent he is with a brace last time out, surely earning him a start against Southampton on Saturday.
