Real Madrid – La Liga Could be a summer target
Zinedine Zidane has made clear that superstar players such as Paris Saint-Germain forward Kylian Mbappe have the ability to say where they want to play their football.
This comes after Ronaldo Nazario said that great players can determine their own future.
“In the end yes, I think that’s how Ronaldo said it,” Zidane commented during Tuesday’s pre-match press conference.
“I think the same thing, but everyone has a contract and it’s not good to get involved in the things of players who are not yours, but I think the same.”
Zidane did not want to add anything more in relation to Mbappe, but he was quizzed about the possible arrival of David Alaba, who MARCA reported on Monday has reached an agreement to join Los Blancos on a free in June.
I’m sorry, I said the same thing about Alaba,” Zidane stated.
“The problem is tomorrow’s match. I understand your question, because you are going to ask me about a player who is not mine.
“What interests me is tomorrow’s match. I understand that you can talk, but I’m sorry. As a coach I’m interested in tomorrow’s game.”
